Position: AM-Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) for a leading Financial Services Firm in Mumbai

Location: Mumbai

Qualification - Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Rural Development (PGDRD)

Experience - 3-4 years of experience in the management and execution of projects related to financial literacy, employee engagement

Compensation: Maximum Upto 8 lacs p.a.

Job Role:

- Responsible for CSR projects undertaken– planning and strategizing, budgeting and reporting, monitoring and evaluation and managing NGO partners.

- Carry out all project management activities like conducting due diligence of NGOs, reviewing project proposals, finalising budget plans and manpower allocations, reviewing and monitoring progress against the agreed objectives for the project

- Work with and support NGO partners in successful implementation of the project; engage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to enhance quality and effectiveness of project interventions

- Plan and conduct feasibility studies, impact assessment and best practice documentation as per the project requirement

- Prepare internal letters on donation related grants for NGOs, budgets and reports

Competency Requirements

- Proven experience of having worked on financial literacy and employee engagement projects

- Knowledge of participatory community development approaches

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, fluency in Hindi & English

- Strong computer skills, with familiarity in using internet and Microsoft Office applications

- Partner and people management skills

- Self-motivated & ability to coordinate and work in multi-disciplinary teams

- Understanding on the local context especially rural scenario

- Experience of implementing projects with partner organisations and ability to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders

- Proven ability to set strategic direction and develop operational plans
