AM - Compensation & Benefits - IT (8-10 yrs)
Job Role:
- Manage C&B policies & procedures and suggest best practices which could be adapted & successfully executed
- Leads, manages & develops the entire C&B team as per the desired skills & competencies
- Must have excellent knowledge of PF/ negotiations and Income Tax benefits
- Must have experience in designing and developing robust compensation structures
- Manage various projects, specifically to C&B area
- Design, implement and manage salary classification and compensation programs
- Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure
- Advise on state employment regulations which have an impact on benefits policies and suggest appropriate measures
- Excellent visibility on competition and general industry trends
- Analysing cost vs revenue impact on bonus and appraisals
- Experience in the areas of compensation surveys, benefits policies, labour laws, performance management
- Excellent communication(both verbal and written) is a must
