Executive/Assistant Manager-Commercial & Inventory  CANDIDATES FROM RETAIL INDUSTRY ONLY TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION  POSITION TITLE: Executive/Assistant Manager-Commercial & Inventory  DIVISION: FINANCE  REPORTS TO: Senior Manager Finance  Position Summary:  - The Exec/ AM-Commercial & Inventory shall be responsible to ensuring overall process compliance in Commercial and Inventory Audit process. The position reports to Senior Manager Finance of the SBU.  Key Responsibilities:  Commercial – Inventory Management  - Responsible for preparing the Stock Take Schedule for the quarter and coordinating the same across the store.  - Manage and supervise efficient functioning of inventory activities. Ensure SOP adherence during Physical inventory.  - Responsible for generating the discrepancy report after the stock take & preparing a shrinkage analysis of the SKUs at a Merchandise category level.  - Adjusting the shrinkage and posting the new book inventory of the Store.  - RCA (Root Cause Analysis) of High Shrink SKU’s, Trend Analysis of Shrinkage  - Analyzing & assisting store to understand the shrinkage parameter. Training to staff on Inventory SOP & Process to control the shrink  - Maintaining MIS report of Shrinkage, Damaged, and Negative Inventory.  - Responsible for Reconciliation of stock movement i.e. clearance, RTV, Internal Store transfer.   - Conduct the Surprise Audit & check daily process Registers at Store. Send the Audit report to operation team.   - Be attentive towards any incidence of miscalculation, misappropriation, thefts, frauds   - Analyze the key business areas, interpreting the problems and designing the procedure accordingly.   - Analyze the Sales Vs Inventory ratio of each division in store. Enforce to reduce the slow moving & dead stock witch help for proper space utilization  Financial   - Supervising and planning financial activities, Scrutiny of All Expenses i.e. (Bank Reconciliation, Cost of Manpower, Utility, Contractual Labor, Repair & Maintenance, Rent, Marketing Expenses etc…)   - Management of Petty cash.  - Preparing financial reports i.e. Expenses Budget, Projection, and Provision to prepare Profit & Loss Statement.   - Analyze the Provided Budget & actual expenses Accrued.  - Managing of Account Receivable i.e. Sale, Other Income etc.  - Managing Account payable i.e. Vendor Payment & other Expenses.  - Brief discussion of P&L with Managers for achieve Budgeted sale, generate Other Income & discussion on Margin Earned.  Legal & Compliance  - Maintain the record’s of required licenses for Smooth Business functioning.  - Timely Updating of Expiry & renewal of Licenses.   - Manage the Local Political Authority & Local Municipal officers Visits in Store.  Expected Competency:  - Commercial Awareness  - Analytical & detail oriented approach  - Establishing Trust - Show Integrity  - Results Orientation - Drive for Results  - Compliance driven  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE  Education:  - Graduate in commerce from an accredited college / university   Experience:  - Specific 2-6 years of commercial and Inventory management experience with Retail organization  Please send in your resume with current CTC and notice period to revert.retail@gmail.com
