AM - Buying - Retail/Online

Job Description:

1. Experience in buying or working with manufacturers / brands / retailers

2. Experience in managing and negotiating with vendors in category

3. Experienced merchandiser/manager from leading brands or Offline retailers.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize the buying plan in the most efficient way and ensure rapid and optimum product build up in catalogue

- Negotiate margins, turnover discounts and SOR/ EOSS support with vendors

- Identify new brands, vendors and sub-categories- lookout for continuous ways of making website richer in terms of product variety

- Work closely with key accounts on Joint Business Plans to grow business together

- Negotiate on discount merchandise on a time to time basis

- Track, monitor and report competition promotions and SKU split

- Ensure timely planning, delivery and payment settlement for seamless procurement

- Consume and work upon the performance reports and vendor scorecards developed internally

- Open for Books/Laptops/Footwear/Apparel/Ethnic Wear/Office Supplies etc.
