Skill : BP&A (business planning & Analytics)

- Managing planning / reporting cycle for a business unit.

- Preparation of Monthly Business Review Deck containing various performance metrices and commentaries.

- Coordinating with various clusters to get their submissions on time, consolidation of submissions & system uploads.

- Preparation of Annual Budgets and forecasts.

- Preparation of various reporting decks around financials / KPIs

- Analyze confidential financial information to produce revised forecasts on a quarterly basis.

- Variance Analysis between Actual, Budget and Forecast figures with monthly and quarterly trend.

- Preparation of Flash.

- System Reconciliations (GBID / RACE / RAPID).

- Production of various MIS reports in excel and powerpoint for senior management

- Updating Process documents and SOPs

- Management of planning / reporting timetable and deliverables

- Implementing and monitoring local quality reviews
