ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Straregic:  - Identify HR process gaps, determine potential solutions, and monitor progress through implementation  Functional:  - Identify automation opportunities to establish efficient and robust processes to improve HR work processes.  - Deploy Lean Six Sigma techniques and project management to obtain HR process improvements and Operating effectiveness in HR delivery practices.  Client Specific:  - Effectively engage with client counterpart in HR business excellence projects and provide solutions to achieve tangible benefits. Implement scalable and replicable HR business excellence initiatives   Qualification Requirements:  - Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, or related discipline with an MBA from Premier Business School  - Certified or Trained Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt.  Minimum Years of Experience:  - 6 – 8 years’ experience in Business Transformation, Process Consulting with deployment expertise relating to HR in prior organizations  Required Skills:  - Proven experience leading breakthrough improvement projects focused on HR business excellence initiatives  - Ability to manage change initiatives including experience implementing Lean and Six Sigma from concept to full implementation in HR function.  - Excellent analytical and project management skills. Expertise with using Minitab.  - Results oriented and flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects in a demanding, fast-paced environment  Additional Requirments/Technical Certifications:  - Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), COPC, Advanced Statistical certifications a plus
