Job Description:

- Good working knowledge of Indian GAAP

People Management skills:

- Develop people through effectively delegating tasks and providing guidance to staff.

- Contribute ideas/opinions to team members and listen/respond to their views.

Project Management skills:

- Able to manage multiple engagement teams

Client Management:

- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and assess clients' satisfaction.

Communication skills:

- Builds relationships with all stakeholders and clients, explains issues clearly, escalate and resolve problems appropriately.

Team player:

- Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating consistent commitment and optimism toward work challenges

- Good knowledge of auditing standards.

Desired Profile:

- Qualified CA with 4-8 years post-qualification experience from mid-sized to Big 4 audit firms.

- Extensive Audit experience, should have independently handled audits

- Advanced written and verbal communication skills

- Provide on-the-job training for developing auditing skills and familiarity with the firms methodology

- Demonstrate the ability to effectively discharge supervisory responsibilities
