Altran - Senior Manager - HR Business Partner (12-16 yrs)
- HRBP who will bring in new ideas, thoughtful strategies, smart questions and a fresh perspective to our collaborative team.
- The partner helps to develop and implement better people management practices and shares the responsibility for the goals and target delivery. Build a strong business relationship with the internal client
- Design comprehensive HR solutions that sustain key business requirements and align with the organization's long-term business objectives.
- Serve as an internal facilitator for general education, functional, policy/procedure, system, customer service, compliance, sales, skill assessments and development
- Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as: instructor led classroom; webinar; role playing and simulations; team exercises; group discussions; videos; teleconference or video conference; self-paced; and e-learning
- Facilitate Interpersonal and Core curriculum such as: consulting skills, project and performance management, coaching, among others.
- Build engaged, inspired workforce in the business by partnering with managers in the employee life cycle.
- Assess employee loyalty, retention and potential impact on business
- Responsible for supporting and updating a business unit on all employee relations matters
- To provide HR advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of strategic and operational human Resources issues
- Responsibility for dealing with any tribunal claims that arise
- Key part of the HR team and will work across the business disciplines to lead and influence change at a strategic level across the business
- Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
- Proven skill in the operation and utilization software such as Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel, etc.
- Should be able to manage recruitment and utilize innovative and effective convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
- Able to travel, as appropriate
