Vice President - Corporate Sales  Altor is a 7 year old executive search company, it currently operates in Financial Services Industry and is one of the top 3 players in its sector. It recruits CXOs and their direct reports for some of the biggest companies in India. Altor is a thought leader in it industry and has brought many firsts to the industry. It's growing at a scorching pace (500% growth in last 2 years)  Apart from executive search Altor provides people research, talent landscape, organisation bench-marking and salary bench-marking services to its clients.  Key Responsibilities :  - Open doors and build relationships with HR leaders and other C level executives of Financial Services Industry.  - Develop solution led sales pitches for prospective clients.   - Identify new growth areas for the company and do focussed relationship building in those sectors.   - Track and evaluate client requirements and work with delivery teams to ensure proper prioritization of roadmap.   - Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.   - Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.   - Strong connects within BFSI or HR leaders is a plus.   - Understanding of financial services industry and its sub sectors is a plus  - Execution of the mandates in not a part of role.   For the right candidate, role can be significantly upgraded and can include P&L responsibility.  You are/ have :  - 7-10 years exp in solution/ concept based corporate selling  - Full time MBA/ Engineering degree from a Tier -1 institute  - Exceptional relationship management skills  - Proved ability to sell to C-Level clients  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
