Altor Lab will be focusing on building an innovation, process and data science led world class recruiting company.  Process Design and Implementation Lead (part of Altor Labs)   Key Responsibilities  - Be the go to guy for all things process   - Help Business, Research, HR, Marketing and Finance teams to build process led and error proof functions   - Analyzing existing enterprise processes/systems; identifying ways to improve operational efficiency   - Partnering with the management to develop and implement end-to-end processes that meet business objectives.   - Facilitating creation and use of customer journey /customer experience maps .   - Fostering a culture of innovation based on customer feedback and user voice.   - Facilitating process mapping workshops, training and coaching individuals and teams involved in process improvement.   - Built organizational competency on data driven fact based culture / change management.  - Help Business, Research, HR, Marketing and Finance teams to build idiot proof process led fucntions  - Project management for deployment of ERP / CRM / Workflow Management systems   You are /have   - 5-10 Years exp, with atleast 2 years in process design and implementation  - Exception problem solving skills   - An ability to simplify things.   - Extremely data oriented  - Good at Excel Macros  - Ability to work independently with minimal guidance  - Understand tech and have been a part of at-least one project implementation
