Operations and Processes Team (elsewhere called Operations) is an important pillar of Altor Labs. This team works closely with the management to define and implement robust and exceptional processes.  The Lead's role in this function is perfect for someone who is looking to further their career at a company that is embarking on a journey towards redefining and standardizing processes. The role holder will have the opportunity to be exposed to a wide range of stakeholders and gain a deep understanding of the business.  Where does this role fit into Altor-   The incumbent will be the creator, change agent and champion of Altor's journey towards being a process oriented, data driven and structured organisation.  Key Responsibilities:  - Ideate, conceptualize, and design idiot proof processes in collaboration with key-stakeholders  Study industry best practices; study internal processes of model firms  Analyse and assimilate Altor's way of operating across various levels  Identify ways to improve operational efficiency  Design standardized processes  - Align individual ways of work to the defined processes  Train employees on the new processes  Guide employees, provide feedback, and address grievances around the processes  Build tools / means of making the processes more user-friendly and meaningful  - Implement the finalized processes  Implement the defined process and ensure it becomes a way of life  Ensure and monitor process adherence  Collect data to demonstrate the success / failure of a process and its- implementation  - Project management for deployment of ERP / CRM / Workflow Management systems  - Facilitate creation and use of customer journey / customer experience maps  - Be a change agent  Revisit and revise business policies and processes  Build organizational competency on data driven, fact based culture  Be the go to guy for everything related to process  The candidate should be (MUST HAVES):  - An excellent learner - curious and agile  - Open to feedback from juniors, peers, and seniors  - Straightforward and candid  - Data Oriented, proficient with spreadsheets  - Solution oriented and driven to work  - A mature and thoughtful individual, with superior logical and reasoning abilities  - An excellent communicator, on paper and in person  - Process orientation; focusing intently on how to achieve something in a structured and cogent manner, rather than just on what is to be   achieved  - Understand - Search- as a business  - Action orientation, with clear visibility of expected deliverables  - Able to think creatively and question status quo  - A good people manager   It is desirable that the candidate has (GOOD TO HAVES):  - 4 years experience in a highly process oriented environment  - Worked in a Search firm, on the execution side  - Persuasive and assertive personality, with extreme resilience  - Prior experience working on implementation of policies / processes / operations
