(e-g - Corporate banking, Investment Banking)   - Advise senior professionals and help them take informed career decisions.   - Work with clients on organisation structure bench-marking and compensation bench-marking studies.   - Contribute to the knowledge pool of the organization by regular industry research   - Keeping clients updated on the Industry (Leadership movements, best practices, M&As, new product launches, new businesses, company restructuring)   - Manage key stakeholders (CXOs / Business Heads/ HR Heads) in client companies and ensure regular business flow from the client organizations   Lead Consultant - (Experience 5-8 years) :   - Ownership of at least one practice area (business vertical) of the company.   - Establishing Altor's leadership in the executive search market in your practice area.   - Build, manage and develop a team of consultants.   - Advise clients on people search strategy for VP to CXO level roles and execute the same   - Networking and relationship building with middle and senior professionals (VP to CEO) of the industry.   Build strong domain knowledge (both macro and micro level) on Indian landscape in your practice area. (e-g - Corporate banking, Investment Banking)   - Advise senior professionals and help them take informed career decisions.   - Work with clients on organisation structure bench-marking and compensation bench-marking studies.   - Work closely with client organizations to help them fill   - Contribute to the knowledge pool of the organization by regular industry research   - Keeping clients updated on the Industry (Leadership movements, best practices, M&As, new product launches, new businesses, company restructuring)   - Manage key stakeholders (CXOs / Business Heads/ HR Heads) in client companies and ensure regular business flow from the client organizations   You are/ have   - A full time MBA from a leading B school   - 3-8 years exp in any industry, preferably a start-up   - Sharp business acumen along high degree of analytical skills   - An ability to make sense out of chaos   - Structured, Systematic and disciplined   - A self starter and require minimal guidance.  Salary offered: 8 - 20 LPA
