'Valuation' business unit is a part of Mortgage Services and is responsible for timely delivery of accurate property valuations achieved through purchase of a price opinion from licensed broker or appraiser, application of the quality controls checks and assignment of values.

Responsibilities:

- Understand the business in detail and track operational performance through various reports

- Analyse data and identify deviations from processes and areas of improvement

- Report creation and work closely with the business analyst team to gather and analyse operations data

- Independently manage and run projects aimed at improving business performance and adhering to client SLAs

- Handling ad-doc data analysis requests and preparing management updates

KRA:

- Initiating new reports and improving/automating the existing ones

- Accurate and timely reporting of data

- Ensuring adherence to all applicable US state and federal laws or regulations with respect to valuation.

Qualification/Experience:

- Engineering + MBA from reputed institutions

- 2-3 years of work experience. Prior experience in a business analyst role is preferred

- Familiarity with the US mortgage industry will be an advantage

Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point

- Working knowledge of SQL queries and MS Access

- Good in communication
