We're looking for an enthusiastic and high energy leader for the role of Manager, Compensation to bring in new ideas, thoughtful strategies, smart questions and a fresh perspective to our collaborative team. We need an analytical individual with a knack for numbers and the drive to bring together internal leadership teams to deliver innovative and best-in-class compensation programs  In this role, the candidate will be focused on building and managing processes around best in class compensation practices, short term and long term incentives and lead an array of core total rewards-related activities.  ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES  - Manage short term and long term rewards - incentive plan design, overall pay mix analyses, pay for performance alignment  - Manage equity and related long term compensation elements. This will involve understanding the current process, setting up the process to best meet organizational objectives and market practices, and overall process management  - Lead the implementation and management of compensation analysis, program design, legal compliance, and other compensation issues  Required Skills  - Proven experience in designing and leading annual compensation, equity and incentive programs  - Above par analytical and project management skills  - Ability to plan and drive changes in the compensation strategy post mergers and acquisitions  - Results oriented and flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects in a demanding and fast-paced environment  - Ability to proactively recognize, plan and act on the need for innovation and improvement in the processes  Qualification Requirements  - Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering  - MBA/Equivalent degree in Business Administration from a Tier-I institute  - Candidates with additional certifications in compensation and benefits from reputed institutes preferred  Minimum Years of Experience  - 4-6 years of overall experience in compensation and benefits, including global compensation experience
