Director, Quality Assurance  We are a multinational Mortgage Services provider for the US market. We use unique intellectual property, such as behavioral-science principles, artificial intelligence-driven scripting engines, and risk decision models to reduce performance variability, improve compliance and enhance overall performance for our organization and clients.  Accordingly, we are on the lookout for a seasoned quality professional in the BPO/ITeS domain to lead a global team of dedicated quality professionals in creating and driving a scalable quality framework in compliance with client SLAs.  Roles & Responsibilities :  - Design and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance program to meet the requirements of all agencies and regulatory bodies involved with US Mortgage Lending and Servicing   - Work with internal Legal/ Compliance Departments to ensure that business processes are compliant with all federal and state regulations and critical client requirements  - Enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency of the current Quality Assurance testing programs based on industry best practices  - Communicate QA testing results/ improvement opportunities identified to key business leaders and the Executive Management team  - Direct QA programs to provide strategic value add to business, mitigate critical risks and Identify and drive continuous Improvement initiatives that result in quantitative and qualitative process improvements  - Build relationships with key business leaders and other stakeholders to drive improvements  - Facilitate the sharing of best practices from within and outside the organization and implement them and drive performance benchmarking  - Map organizational requirements for developing and implementing new processes through Business Process Management System. Analyze requirements and document procedures, policies and work instructions to enable the team perform effectively and efficiently  - Leading Six Sigma, PMP projects and implementing Total Quality management. Training Quality and Operation Managers on Six Sigma and basic Quality tools. Identify Projects and mentor till completion   - Manage and provide a robust change management framework identifying cost reduction opportunities and working with our clients on additional scope and business development initiatives  - Manage a global workforce (onshore and offshore) of QA staff performing audits for multiple LOBs  - Establish processes and Standard Operating Procedures that will help develop the QA staff into Subject Matter Experts on all federal/ state laws and business policy and procedures  - Train Quality Leaders on Six Sigma and Quality tools. lead and mentor Sigma and Lean Management projects  - Motivate, and provide on-going technical/management training and career counseling to retain the necessary professional staff required to support the operational environment   - Plan and manage budget and resource allocation  Requirements :  - Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a Master's in Management (preferred)  - 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 6+ years of experience in managing medium to large sized Quality Assurance teams   - Six Sigma certified (preferred)  - Should have a proven track record in adding strong and strategic value to business operations  - Should have rich and diverse experience is leading/directing QA programs for both voice and non-voice operations processes spanning different geographies  - Should be a detail-oriented, deadline driven, self-directed and organized individual   - Exceptional written and verbal communications skills is a must  - Proven ability to excel in highly interactive team environment
