Position Summary:

The role will have specific responsibility for overall relationship management with some of the key Universities, coordinating recruiting activities and events on campus, and ensuring seamless delivery of candidate assessments and offers. This role shall play an extended role in managing some of the internal stakeholders across multiple functional groups, as well as broader relationship management with human resources colleagues.

Responsibilities:

- Develop an innovative campus recruiting program to ensure that the strategy is consistent with company’s overall recruitment objectives

- Enhance and streamline existing campus recruitment process including, the summer internship program, assessment and selection, candidate tracking and reporting

- Act as a central point of contact for all campus related issues

- Ensure web channels are constantly updated with Job information/Branding

- Continuously engage with the selected candidates to drive the offer and acceptance process, acting as key point of contact between BU, HR and students.

Key Result Areas:

- Forecasting and planning of campus hiring needs for various BUs (Fulltime / Interns)

- Work closely with Business heads in coordinating their campus visits

- Contribute strategically and implement programs regarding employer branding.

Qualifications:

- MBA in HR top tier management school

- At least 4 years of work experience in Campus Recruitment, with experience recruiting at top Engineering and Business schools

- Proven project management skills and the ability to independently manage multiple tasks within tight timeframes

- Good Communication, Interaction and presentation skills.
