Role And Responsibilities :  - Position reports to the President, Technology Services. Technology Services is one of the three Business Segments in Altisource  - Work closely with the Corporate Strategy team and other stakeholders to monitor and report technology organization metrics and lead projects or modules shaping the BU level plans  - Manage complex data sets for quick turnaround in providing management reports/dashboards that provides leadership with the information needed to make critical decisions  - Develop and implement relevant performance management and reporting systems (e.g. management dashboard) and business analytics processes to track performance and strategy implementation  - Work with BU and Corporate Strategy team to develop long-term and short term strategic plans, forecasts, and annual budgets  - Review plans against management and external expectations. This involves identifying key growth drivers, analyzing competition and developing an action plan to achieve long term goals of the business  - Influence strategic and policy decision making at a senior level by providing high quality research and analysis using appropriate business and modelling tools, supported by effective communication  - Support M&A activity of the BU by participating in the valuation and due diligence engagements  Qualifications :  - Engineering degree with a strong academic record  - MBA (Specialization in Finance) from IIM A/B/C/L/K/I, XLRI, ISB  - 0-4 years in a similar role  Office applications : Fluency with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint  Interpersonal and other soft skills : Ability to work across businesses, geographies and hierarchies to drive corporate initiatives and meet timelines  - Sound understanding of Corporate Finance  - Strong analytical skills  - Understanding of US financial service industry/ Mortgage industry is preferable  - Certifications - CFA is preferable but not necessary
