About the Role :  - The candidate would be expected to design, implement and manage the human capital globally, to drive effective and lasting transformation, change and improvement across the full range of processes, operations and activities.  Job Description and Responsibilities :  - Act as an internal consultant to the HR function - Lead HR Projects and initiatives in areas like HR Operations, Performance Management, Compensation, Change Management, and Compliance  - Projects may include Developing performance management systems, implementing competency based HR management systems, Design of Equity compensation structure, salary and grading structures, etc.  - Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities in all areas of HR  - Work on predictive models and conduct scenario analyses for HR Processes and metrics   - HR Dashboards - Analyze the efficacy of current dashboards and conceptualize new dashboards  Key Result Areas :  - Develop, deploy and improve HR Processes and Systems  - Drive key projects to completion in collaboration with HR leadership and external stakeholders  Requirements and Qualifications :  - We are looking for a diverse range of MBA graduates from disciplines such as Operations, Systems, Strategy, and Human Resources.  - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Mathematics/Statistics   - MBA from one of these top business schools (IIM A/B/C/L/K/I, XLRI, ISB)  - Prior consulting experience preferred   - 1 - 4 years of post MBA experience   - Expertise in MS Office Suite particularly in Excel and PowerPoint  - Knowledge of statistical tools and models  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills   - Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
