Title: Associate Project Manager

Location: Bangalore (Pritech)

Experience: 2+ years of industry experience. Minimum 1-3 years in similar role.

Role / Responsibilities:

- Coordinating/manage a product/project release internally as well as externally

- Analyzing product metrics regularly and use the learning for product innovations and improvements.

- Innovating and delivering products (via projects) that differentiate us from competition.

- Manage day to day team activities and coordinate between Business Users, System Analysis, Developers. Testers and Product Support

- Ensure release/project initiation and closure is done as per plan and defined process

- Identify resources for release/project requirements

- Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel

Qualifications / Requirement:

- MBA from reputed institute (Tier 1, Tier 2)

- Strong IT Dev/QA experience preferred (esp. in Data layer)

- Extremely hands on

- Out of box thinker

- Extremely innovative

- Impeccable written and spoken English skills

- Excellent decision making

- Result oriented

- Excellent problem solving skills

- Proven ability to lead a team

- Ability to lead, plan and manage change
