- Mortgage Services: Provides services that span the mortgage and real estate lifecycle and are typically outsourced by loan servicers, originators and investors in single family homes. Within the Mortgage Services segment, we provide asset management, closing and insurance services, residential property valuation, default management services and origination management services.

- Financial Services: Provides collection and customer relationship management services primarily to debt originators and servicers (e.g., credit card, auto lending, retail credit and mortgage) and the utility and insurance industries. Within the Financial Services segment, we provide asset recovery management and customer relationship management.

- Technology Services: Comprises our REALSuite™ of software applications as well as our information technology (“IT”) infrastructure services. The REALSuite platform provides a fully integrated set of software applications and technologies that manage the end-to-end lifecycle for residential and commercial mortgage loan servicing including the automated management and payment of a distributed network of vendors.

Role:

- We're looking for a seasoned, enthusiastic and high energy candidate for the role of Assistant Manager/ HRBP who will bring in new ideas, thoughtful strategies, smart questions and a fresh perspective to our collaborative team.

- The HR Business Partner helps to develop and implement better people management practices and shares the responsibility for the goals and target delivery. The modern HR Model cannot exist without the HRBP role dedicated fully to internal clients.

Responsibilities:

- Build a strong business relationship with the internal client

- Design comprehensive HR solutions that sustain key business requirements and align with the

Organization’s long-term business objectives

- Build engaged, inspired workforce in the business by partnering with managers in the employee life cycle

- Assess employee loyalty, retention and potential impact on business

- Responsible for supporting and updating the business unit on all employee relations matters

- To provide HR advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of strategic and operational Human Resource issues

- Key part of the HR team and will work across the business disciplines to lead and influence change at a strategic level across the business

- Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit

- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks

- Able to travel, as appropriate

Required Knowledge and Skills:

- MBA in Human Resources from Tier 1/Tier 2 Business Schools like : XLRI/TISS/Symbiosis/Goa Institute of Management /NMIMS/KJ Somaiya/XIMB

- Candidates with additional certifications in Human Resources and Business Partner Administration from reputed institutes preferred

- Excellent communication skills (Written and Oral)

- Analytical and problem solving skills

- Proactive in identifying and resolving problems

- Ability to handle complex situations and deal with multiple stakeholders

- Labor law knowledge

- Conversant with MS Office Suite and Project Management techniques

- Should have experience in handling employee relations/employee engagement or should have prior experience as an HR Business Partner for 500+ employees

- Strong logical reasoning skills and high academic scores preferred

- Total relevant work experience of 3-5 years
