ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES  The individual will be responsible for the following:  - Manage independently and perform internal audits end to end. This includes audit planning, audit fieldwork and reporting and communicating results verbally and in writing to members of senior management.  - Perform procedures to ensure previously identified weaknesses have been corrected.  - Investigate opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.  - Guide other members on the team regarding various aspects of Internal Audit.   The candidate is expected to :  - Have excellent knowledge of the Internal Audit process and methodology;  - Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal;   - Be proficient with using various Microsoft products including Excel, Access and Word and with flowcharting software.
