JOB PROFILE:  As a growing company, we established the important role of an Internal Control Manager. The role reports directly to the Chief Accounting Officer and will establish and maintain the internal control framework, with a specific focus on documentation of all the core processes.  ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES  - Ensure all key processes for AAMC/ RESI are appropriately documented and stored in a single repository  - Establish and perform annual review cycle and provide best in class guidance to the managers documenting their processes  - Review existing internal control framework and pro-actively identify gaps and develop proposals how to address them  - Develop existing account ownership framework and develop KPI reporting for Senior Management  - Work on various ad hoc initiatives  QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS  - Public Accounting, CA / CPA with 6-9 years post qualification experience  - Internal audit / Internal controls experience with large multi-national organizations or Big 4  - SOX audits experience with large multi-national organizations or Big 4   - Understanding of U.S.GAAP  PREFERRED SKILLS  - Strong control focus  - Self-starter who requires little guidance  - Team player who proactively resolves issues with his/her colleagues  - Strong communication and presentation skills  - Process oriented  ADDITIONAL NOTES  - Prefer candidates already residing in Bangalore
