Following are the requirements:  - Upto 2 years’ experience of direct investment roles such as credit analysis, buyside equity valuation, deal structuring and execution, among others.   - Top - tier schooling profile at the bachelors and masters level and should have a Masters degree in business or allied streams (finance, economics, commerce, etc.). CFA (level 3 completed only)/CA certification will be a preferred addition to the profile.  - Deal analysis, structuring and execution capabilities  - Strong inclination and flexibility to work across asset classes with a ‘learn and do’ attitude  - Entrepreneurial bent of mind, ability to multi-task and work seamlessly in an unstructured environment.  The investment associate will be required to assist the team in its work:  - Conducting deal analysis and execution  - Conducting macro-economic research, capital markets research, sector research and company-level research   - Drafting investment memos and presentations for the investment committee   - Developing new investment strategies and improving overall portfolio efficiency; using statistical methods where appropriate to back test ideas and strategies  - Developing financial models   - Preparing MIS with detailed portfolio analysis   - Assisting in fund raising activities  - Successful candidates should expect to get a very high quality on-the-job experience and strong mentoring under professionals from premier international and Indian business schools with global experience.  - Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates and will be at par with industry norms.  - Office location will be in Mumbai.  Interested candidates may apply here on IIMJobs.
