1) To advise and assist our Associates in jointly developing and implementing sales and marketing related plans and campaigns.
2) To conceptualize, develop and implement collaborative initiatives, regional products/services and or platforms in order to significantly enhance the business performance.
3) Conceptualize and drive revenues through strategic alliances
1) Lead the Sales & Marketing Group
2) Define the strategy and develop the business case as well as roadmaps for regional products/services jointly with our Associates
3) Conceptualize, develop and implement regional products or services to enhance associate’s competitive edge
4) Manage the products/services through its life cycle as well as track and report on performance of products/services
5) Introduce new service applications and enhancements, including training of the sales and marketing teams and provision of relevant product information to our Associates to drive and improve their revenues
Major Challenges :
Incumbent needs to appreciate the current challenges and concerns of the Associates, as well as future trends that may be impactful to their business. Needs to demonstrate knowledge and competency in relevant domains in order to manage different stakeholders unto a common goal and direction. Networking and selling skills are essential to develop strong circle of influence across the companies. Internally, needs to guide/align direct and indirect organizations to deliver the desired outcomes based on agreed group strategy.
