Requirements:

1. Infosys work experience is must, and for Cisco, HP, Dell, Hitachi, NTT cooperation is prefer, or procurement, CIS department.

2. Work experience of more than seven years;

3. CFT (cross-functional team) work experience, in particular experience in alliance, sales, solution, marketing, management.

4. Command of English as a working language

5. Extensive business knowledge and strategic thinking

6. International work experience

Job descriptions :

- Huawei enterprise business group is leading technology provider and is looking for an experienced Alliance Manager to develop relationships and manage the success of our partnership with Alliance Partners and Global SIs & ISVs (Partners) in India.

- As an Alliance Manager of Huawei, you will have the exciting opportunity to deliver on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of the Huawei ICT infrastructures technologies, which includes networking, security, collaboration, server, storage, data center and cloud computing within Partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Understand Huawei Global Alliance strategies, developing a detailed alliance business development plan in line with the Huawei India sales strategy and establishing a process to track the progress toward goals.

- Establishing and growing Partner relationship in the region, driving executive alignment and sales & marketing resource engagement, ensure strategic coordination and the day-to-day interactions with Partners.

- Experience working with Partners to define cooperation strategies, develop and execute joint sales and Go to Market (GTM) plans.

- Engage the partner field sales organization, channels and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for both parties.

- Set and manage revenue targets and work with Partners and Huawei sales organizations to achieve goals.

- Understand the partner's technical requirements and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of Huawei product offerings and build joint solutions.

- Manage partnering contract negotiations involving legal, commercial and business terms.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of sales or business development experience in the ICT industry.

- 5+ years working with Global SIs & ISVs.

- Strong ability to build strategic partnership and acquire new accounts. Track record of managing large enterprise accounts or Global SIs & ISVs partners.

- Ability to think strategically about business, products and technical challenges, to build and convey compelling joint value propositions and product strategy in the partner's organization.

- Strong presentation and writing skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.

- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment with self initiative, strong team player and proactive abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in the fields of IT & Communications.
