- Manage overall alliance relationship for Ample with various vendor partners.
- Develop the partnerships and alliances strategy by collaborating with all business units within the company
- Meet and excel vendor expectations and revenue targets across locations and pan India.
- Drive engagement programs creating internal and external mindshare by running demand generation, marketing (externally) and promos (internally).
- Responsible for product/sales training internally for each vendor.
- Manage prices/stocks/sales engagement.
- Work with distributors and ecosystem to systematically engage with all regional teams.
- Female candidate would be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer minded attitude and relationship building skills
- Good analytical skills & aptitude to self-learning
- Should have orientation to achieve and drive targets/goals
- Proven ability to effectively work with cross functional teams
