Overall Finance Function Role and Responsibility:

Responsible for all aspects of Finance & Accounts such as Strategy Planning, M&A, Due Diligence, Fund Raising including ADR and GDR and ECB, Working Capital, IPO, Banking, Fund Management, Taxation, Budgeting, Costing, MIS, Statutory Compliance, Consolidation of Accounts, Audits, P&L Report, Investment banking etc.

Job Description:

- Monitoring and implementing the overall financial plans and accounting practices of the Company to ensure adherence to group accounting policies and procedures.

- Leading the budgeting and planning process and track performance against budgets, monitor cash flows.

- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with Finance business partners at all levels.

- Establish clear accountabilities to help accelerate decision making and ensure successful delivery of Finance initiatives.

- Financial & Strategic Planning; iGAAP, IFRS and US GAAP

- Budget Development, Performance Review and Analysis

- Business Expansion & Working Capital Management

- Contract Review, Negotiation and Operational Risk Management

- Immigration & Administrative Matters.

- Prepare, administer, and direct the control of the budget

- Review and approve recommendations for financial planning and control

- Monitor adherence to budgets and expense policies

- Responsible for contracts and procurement, MIS, Internal Audit & Risk management

- Provide financial and business inputs for effective decision making and lead post implementation reviews.

- Control and monitor the revenue assurance function to ensure maximization of revenue.

- Co-ordination with Tax Auditors and Tax Consultants.

Desired Profile:

- Education: CA and/or Above

- A Chartered Accountant with 12+ Years of experience in Corporate Finance

- Prior experience in Financial Planning and Analysis/General accounting/ Financial Reporting/Management Reporting/Fund Management

- Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting

- Must be experienced with arranging Project Finance for various projects

- Must be extremely detail oriented; proactive, flexible and adaptable. Must be highly organized, effectively manage multiple projects with competing priorities and work independently.

- Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

- Knowledge of innovative Financing Structures and Funding Mechanisms will serve as an added advantage for the applicant

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple groups and able to build strong relationships across finance and the business

- Advanced Excel skills; strong knowledge of finance tools, financial policies, and controls and systems
