Over the past 13 years, Allegro's Corporate Finance team has advised clients on a diverse range of industries on transactions such as fund raising, mergers & acquisitions and IP licensing.   Allegro is now looking to recruit professionals for its Corporate Finance team with minimum experience of 8 years to lead:   - Business Development   - Execution of mandates   The ideal candidate would be a CA or MBA with a good academic record and between 8 and 14 years of experience in Corporate Finance/ Private Equity.
