We are hiring Program Manager to support our MSP Module in Chennai.

Below is the brief description of the role.

Operations Manager

Basic Function :

Lead and Support all day-to-day activities for a successful operation of a MSP Program Office.

Dimensions :

- Personnel Supervised: Program Coordinator (4-6)

- Position Reports To: Global Program Director / Country Director of Operations

Principal Accountability :

- Responsible for managing the following functional areas: Acquisitions, Manage Assignment, Supply Base Management, Metrics, Time & Expense, Reporting, and Auditing.

- Customer Interaction and Relationship Management for all Operational Activities

- Develop and Deliver Presentation Materials in Customer Review Meetings

- Allocate and adjust workload of Program Coordinators

- Determine Performance Goals and Expected Business Results for Program Coordinators

- Training and Mentoring of Operational Team Members

- Assure Program Processes and Procedures Adherence

- Risk Management for all Operational Activity

- Assure Proper Documentation by Operations Team

- Train and Manage Helpdesk Call Activities related to Operational Activity

- Manage Relationships With Program Coordinators to Assure Delivery of Service

- Analyze Business Information to Identify Issues or Trends

- Develop and Implement Solutions to Operational Related Delivery Issues

- Point of Escalation for First Level Operational Delivery Issues

- Coordinating Leadership and Customer Involvement for Problem Resolution and/or Critical Decision Making

Skills :

- Displayed Ability to Manage and Lead a Team

- Ability to solve problems and present comprehensive solutions, business Results and Concepts to a Leadership Audience

- Strong Computer Software Skills and Workforce management software experience

- Experience within a Workforce Management Program Office (Acquisition based)

- Ability to interact and manage complex customer issues

- Understanding and management of technology partners- capabilities
