All Wave AV Systems - Assistant Vice President - IT Enterprise Sales (3-6 yrs)
All Wave AV Systems (www.allwaveav.com) is a 20+ year old System Integration firm headquartered in Mumbai, executing Design & Build projects across India for top commercial, government and residential projects. We are looking to expand our services across the Commercial Real Estate (CRES) sector and are looking for suitable candidates in the position of "Assistant Vice President"
Background :
- Hardware sales, software sales, Security sales background preferred but not compulsory. Important thought to have a sales background to sell to enterprises.
- Have sales experience selling to mid-to-large enterprises, Project Management Consultants (PMC's) and architects.
Skills :
- Enthusiastic, must be extremely motivated to hit sales targets
- Should be a very good sales solo performer, should have had the pedigree to have closed at least 4 crores in annual sales targets
- Ability to do 2-3 solid meetings a day in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai
- Report daily and weekly (to the Director)
Must have's :
- Excellent written and spoken English, well groomed and positive personality
- Excellent client facing skills, ability to handle high pressure and workloads
- Proactive
- Pleasing personality
- Hardworking, ethical, punctual
Fixed CTC : 6.5 LPA
Variable CTC : Up to 4.5 LPA
