We seek to recruit a sharp finance professional passionate about equity investing. The successful candidate should have hands on experience in Indian financial markets and trading of equities.   Job Profile :   There are four key responsibilities:  Covering a wide range of companies, securities and sectors.   Generating investment ideas/thesis & valuation summaries.  Managing the actual trades.  Keeping the fund manager abreast of investment positions.  Should be familiar with deep-dive fundamental research: understanding the business, the value chain, through detailed analysis of financial statements, management meetings, financial valuation modelling with sensitivity analysis and milestone-based triggers.   Keep track of market alerts, algorithms, and network of relationships   Seek arbitrage or hedging opportunities (through F&O, special situations, etc.)  Candidate Profile :   2-3 years buy-side experience with hedge fund, mutual fund or proprietary fund with experience of investing into Indian securities.   Preference to CFA, Chartered Accountants or MBA (Finance).
