Fairpockets - Chief Technology Officer

Fairpockets is India's first price curated property portal where we provide free property valuation to property owners and provide transparent properties for builder properties. We also have a B2B mobile APP for builders and brokers for price calculation, inventory management, and lead management.

We are a small startup so the CTO should be comfortable in an individual development role as well along with the driving team.

Preferred Qualification:

B Tech / M Tech from a top institute in India or Abroad

Experience level: 8+ Years

Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and delivery of technical roadmap for products and platforms.

- Should be an expert on CakePHP

- Should be comfortable in providing API's for Mobile APP

-Can do basic UI, testing himself and deliver a quality product

- Should have good understanding of Product, product design, UI, testing and coding.

- Technology selection, architecture, design, and delivery as per agreed timelines

- Develop the in-house capabilities and processes to manage Development, Operations, and product releases

- Connect business requirements and product requirements with best-in-class technology stack and development practices

- Communicate the company's technology strategy to management, Investor.
