Alere - Company Secretary - Contract Administrator (4-6 yrs)
Company Secretary for India and Contract Administrator
Reporting to Director Legal
Contract Vetting - Vetting all Agreements, Contracts, Deeds, leases, and other legal documents for correct and upright documentation.
Vetting Tender related Documents - Legal vetting of Tender document before submission for correctness as per laws of land and risk mitigation.
Compliance under Companies Act - Board Meetings- AGM, EGM, Drafting Agenda, MOM and Ensuring all reports and returns' submission in designated offices as per schedule.
Qualification - Qualified Company Secretary.
Law Degree from a reputed institution will be preferred.
Experience : 4-6 years relevant PQE. Experience in working on international agreements/projects is desired.
