Join our world-class team and find your ideal job!  What is the position-   Alepo is looking to hire Technical Sales Manager with 7-14 years of experience with a minimum of 5 yrs core experience in telecom OSS/BSS space. The position is a crucial link between sales, customer and delivery and is key to the organisation's success.  The position will be accountable for end-to-end solution pitching including requirement gathering, solution architecting, HW/SW BoQ estimation and dimension, effort estimations, Integration and Deployment strategy, project delivery timelines, warranty/support, Licensing and commercial and documentations submitted to customer. He/She will be a key contributor in closing and finalizing deals.  What will you do-   Own proposals & bids in BSS/OSS space for Broadband, Mobile, LTE and Wifi service providers.   Engage with customers to understand their business and technical needs and service them with best possible solutions. Manage & deliver product specific presentations and demonstrations to prospects and partners.  Respond to RFPs & RFIs, design solution, prepare BoM, do HW sizing, prepare solution documents, technical proposal and pricing. Present the solution and BoM to the customer. Manage proof of concepts. Respond to customer queries and support sales.  Maintain technical documents and collaterals  Closely watch the market and the competitors to stay in par with new features and product requirements. Communicate required features and products to product management.  Identify and form strategic partnerships/tie-ups with complementing product vendors for providing a comprehensive solution based on customer requirements.  Lead, manage and mentor a team of smart budding presales analysts.  What should you have-   Thorough understanding of Telecom Business Processes and in-depth domain knowledge in all or either of these areas -   Product Catalog, Billing, Customer care, Order fulfillment, Revenue assurance, Fraud prevention  Partner management, MVNO billing solution, Interconnect billing solution  Core technical expertise in 3G, LTE, Mobile broadband and Wifi solutions including Policy Charging (PCRF), AAA & OCS  Sound knowledge of Radius/ Diameter/SS7 protocols, Gx, Gy etc will be an additional advantage.  Must have prior experience of working with a similar (OSS/BSS) Telecom software solutions company or a Telecom Service Provider addressing the Telecom Service Provider Market in a Pre-Sales/ Sales Engineering/Post Sales role.  Hands on experience in Presales, Proposal Management & Bid Management in Telecom OSS and BSS systems; responsibilities and ownership of all techno commercial bids, software licensing models, proposals and quotes for the organization.  Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.  A blend of strong business and technical acumen.  Ability to understand telecom requirements & conceptualize end to end solution.  Ability to work under short deadlines   Readiness to work in flexible timings to be able to support opportunities in other geographies (Africa, Middle East. LATAM & Europe).  Ability to liase with clients & engage with cross-functional teams  High energy and passion for telecom.   Education  Bachelors and/or Masters degree in engineering Degree / - MBA degree preferred from preferred from a reputed institute and atleast 7 years of telecom experience
