Job Profile:

Our research process requires gathering information from a wide range of sources. You will work with the team, and support case managers to prepare client-ready research reports, within given timelines.

Job Description:

- Working on a diverse range of corporate cases including due diligence and corporate fraud

- Analyzing research findings, drawing potential risk implications

- Preparing analytical reports to address client's customized needs

- Researching and gathering various data and information through databases, internet and public domain

- Supporting Case Managers in terms of diligent research and reports

- Verifying credibility of information from sources

- Working closely with team members

- Ensuring the quality of report each time and delivering within the specified timeline

- Seeking new Research tools and methodologies

Qualifications:

- Master's degree and above in the fields of Finance, Economics, International Relations, Journalism, Business.

- Experience of working outside India or 5+ years in corporate research in India.

- High level of communication in both writing and speaking in English.

- Strong understanding and interest of Indian business, Indian corporate laws, M&A.

- Candidates should be intellectually curious and willing to think out-of the-box.

Key Skills:

Experience with business consulting and corporate research.

Understanding of various corporate structures.

Analyze, interpret and summarize qualitative data.

Ability to identify and solve issues effectively and on time.

Eye for detail

Understanding of regulatory / legal / aspects of corporate operations

Understanding of industry issues
