Alcon - Manager - Key Accounts (2-5 yrs)
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Job Purpose: Develop and implement Key Accounts strategy for identified and selected accounts.
Company Interface with assigned accounts for all matters, extend total support, ensuring that both customer and company objectives are met.
Efficiently Manage accounts, develop long term customer relationships, understanding key customer requirement to create business opportunities.
Major Activities
1. Achieve sales targets and gross profit contribution for assigned Key Accounts.
2. Develop strategies and prepare a plan to optimize account development and sales growth.
3. Identify development opportunities and increase unit growth and profitability with a surge in market share for agreed accounts.
4. Implement customized programs and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
5. Individually responsible for deliberations, negotiations, and an end to end solution provider for assigned accounts.
6. Ensure effective account coverage and constantly build on the possibility of adding more accounts.
7. Provide customer support on programs and build loyalty through continuous engagement and reach initiatives.
8. Run questionnaires, surveys with key accounts for optimizing efforts in customer satisfaction.
9. Responsible for adverse event and product complaint handling related activities at a local level including the collection, intake and forwarding the information to the Local Vigilance Representative).
10. Adherence to all corporate compliance guidelines & corporate programs by self and team
