Visit our careers page to know more about us  Who should join?  - You want to work for a technology based high growth startup  - Someone who has high level of ambition and wants to give his 100% to achieve his/her goal.  If you are a:  a) Doer  b) Go-getter  c) Troubleshooter   d) are passionate about things you love.  - Should be a believer that nothing is impossible  - Willing to work in a start-up environment where you will work hard and party harder, and also ready to take challenges that come with it.  - 1-4 years of experience preferably but not limited to sales, account management and client facing experience.  - An understanding of and proficiency with demonstrating software solutions.  - You should be the person who finds solutions to the most difficult problems.  - Excellent Communication and presentation skills.  Note: There’s a lot to offer, provided you are a performer, and willing to walk an extra mile.  The role:  - You will be working with online reputation management-ORM experts and you need to work with our Enterprise Solutions team to ensure that they spend most of their time with prospect clients  - You will be an internal SPOC for ES team and will need to work with almost all the departments to fulfill any requirement which might help ES’s team to be better equipped for their sales pitch  - Your primary role will be to work as an individual owner to provide back-end support for ES team, having said that you will still be attending some of the top-level clients meetings.  - One has to be an individual contributor and would be directly reporting into VP - Enterprise Sales/ Director - Enterprise Solutions.  - The candidate must have the ability to understand how different businesses work and to come up with innovative ideas of data representation  - Take shared responsibility in achieving sales target  Below is an just indication of what you would doing:  - Data analytics  - Working on online listening report, Social media analytics  - Background study of brands  - Interacting directly with brands to understand client pain points and work towards product evangelizing.  - Working with cross-functions to build a solution for client problem  - Meeting aggressive deadlines: Do internal and external follow ups to meet deadlines  - Making internal and external collateral for Akosha  - Making Financial Proposals  - Interacting with incoming interest to quality leads for Enterprise solution teams.  - Takeover complete responsibility of contractual formalities once verbal/email commitment is in place  - Organize and manage online product demo sessions
