A Mumbai based Premium Digital Agency, is looking for Vice President with solid understanding in operations, management and new business development for their Delhi Office. We are focused on helping brands and products leverage the power of Social media by building cutting edge products and exceptional services. We are one of the pioneers in Social Media Marketing and Advertising. We ideate, innovate and execute to create a cult for brands & products, ultimately resulting in unmatchable R.O.I on Social Media.

Here's what what we're looking for in a Vice President - Digital:(Salary Range Between 12 Lakhs to 15 Lakhs per annum + Incentives + Bonus)

As VP you'll be at the helm of a vibrant, buzzing company of digital marketers and Brand Managers. VPs are driven, self-motivated, charismatic, and organized to the TEE as they're doing this as a labor of love.

About You:

- Self Starter. Has a fire in the belly. Walks through walls. Takes no prisoners. In a word: driven. Even when no one is watching. Especially then.

- You don't do just one thing and you don't want to. You're good at many things and you pride yourself on being able to figure new shit out on your own

- You're a juggler. You always have multiple balls in the air and you juggle them effortlessly. In fact, it makes you more productive. This doesn't mean you lack focus, it means you're insanely productive. You don't drop balls. Even if the first pass doesn't take, you figure it out and you pride yourself on that.

- You're a team player. You can't imagine yourself saying that's not my job. You're confident, not cocky. You're always ready to take on new responsibilities

- Creative. You like to think of new ideas to innovate for clients and grow business from them.

- Organized. Period.

- Good Judgement. You've had experience with startups and you understand what is great quality work.

- You understand marketing on digital and social media in and out.

- Huge plus. Have been in a leadership role with a start-up before or founded/co-founded a company before.

- Business Development. Be the face of SocioSquare! Connect with the brands, partners, understand their pain points and create innovative solutions for them with SocioSquare team.

- Manage. Get in the daily grind, work with the team to produce awesome content, strategies and creatives. Delight the clients all the way!

- Communication. Be accountable with stellar communication to the rest of your the SocioSquare team and the clients!
