Job Title : Sales Manager
Unit/Department : Marketing & Sales
Reporting To : GM - Sales & Marketing
Location : Mumbai - Head Office
Product Profile : CME, Customized Business, Books and Journals, Medical contents (Patient Education Tools, Apps, Medical Videos, etc.)
Main Duties & Responsibilities :
- Continuously visit prospective customers and make sales calls.
- Make product presentations and generate sales
- Make continuous cold calls to ensure addition of new customers.
- Negotiate with the customer for profitable business closure.
- Prepare and submit the call reports and business activities conducted on daily basis.
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact/meetings
- Must act as a bridge between the company and its current & future customers
- Help management in identifying forthcoming products and give feedback on special promotions
Educational Qualification & Experience :
- B. Pharm or BSC
- A relevant Master's Degree or an additional specializatioin in Marketing would be an added advantage
- 3+ years of experience with a successful track record working with a publishing company or a Medical communication agency, conducting B2B sales to Pharma companies/ Healthcare sector

- Must be absolutely fluent in English communication (written and oral).

- Must be capable of making cold calls and converting them into productive calls.
