We are a group of industry leading professionals dedicated to owning and driving mobile network innovation at Akamai. Our products will address challenges of leading global mobile network operators as well enhance mobile content delivery services to Akamai legacy customers.  We are seeking a seasoned leader who will own, define, evolve and drive our customer success function. As Manager - Customer Success, you would be leading both a direct team and virtual customer success teams across divisions (BD, Sales, Support, Services, Product Management and Engineering) to combine strategy and execution to ensure our customers are as successful as possible, right from the start.   You will lead the post-sales process for our strategic customers, with a focus on defining the scope of work and project managing the integration, on-boarding, account planning, user adoption, satisfaction, up & cross sell and ensuring high retention. You ensure the delivery of an exceptional experience, realize the immediate value of mobile products, and expedite the time to revenue.  The individual we are looking for should have a proven track record and razor sharp customer acumen. He/she would also have the right interpersonal skills to navigate the intricacies of customer success function internally and externally. The responsibilities include:  - Work closely with Integrated Account Team to help nurture and grow customers of EMBU Products. Collaborate and team with all departments to achieve the goals for delivery, quality, value confirmation, revenue recognition and customer delight  - Manage, develop and own integration/on-boarding while ensuring the deliverables around this are met including SOW/Project Plan creation, Success Criteria definition, Stakeholder communication & buy in and Project Go Live.  - Drive retention by ensuring customers are delighted with our services by anticipating needs, setting appropriate expectations, and delivering upon commitments.  - Track accounts to identify early risk factors, working proactively to eliminate that risk and act as a point of escalation to ensure any account issues are resolved quickly, utilizing resources across the organization.  - Drive business change management and transformation through adoption, training, & development of best practices and standard operating procedures to continually drive incremental value for our customers  - Create a culture of customer centricity by aligning with Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, Service Delivery, Sales, Finance and Executive teams to drive initiatives centered around Customer Success  - Drive continuous improvement in best practices, implementation, product promotion and client rollout/impact, working with interdisciplinary teams to achieve timelines and deliverables.  Required Qualifications  - 8+ years of experience with technical and customer facing roles with 2+ years of experience in the solution consulting space  - 2+ years of team management experience.  - Extensive expertise supporting enterprise customers & creating service/support strategies.  - Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a proven record of successfully building collaboration around important initiatives.  - Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time  Good to have Qualifications  - Previous worked experience in the mobile and/or CDN space   - Preference to candidates with previous technical account management and technical pre-sales consultant roles  - Experience in product management with mobile networks, distributing computing technologies, CDN technologies or equivalent  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a broad range of technical and business audiences  Pramith Kumar HR - Talent Acquisition Akamai Technologies, Bangalore
