The person will also be involved in upskilling people on the various development needs of the organisation and assist in completion of training initiatives. Successful candidates will have demonstrated a true hands-on approach, an understanding of instructional design practices, a data-driven, analytical mindset and a strong knowledge of the organisation development. Key Responsibilities : - Partner with the business on behavioral training needs and ensure that the training is imparted within timelines using internal or external resources as necessary. - Design, develop and execute a full-fledged middle management Leadership Development Program - Develop a behavioural training calendar for the year keeping in mind the themes of learning orientation ad being future ready. - Knowledgeable of the Kirkpatrick method of evaluation and ADDIR method of content creation with a component of blended learning methodologies - Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them - Monthly review of training data to determine effectiveness and schedule re-training as necessary. - Assist in training delivery of annual initiatives like BEI, Design Thinking, Diversity and Inclusion and Leadership Development Training. - Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices. - Create a national pool of Freelance Trainers across major cities in India. Internal Business Process : - Partner with various functional and business teams to remain current on changes and update training content appropriately. - Ability to innovate &amp; incorporate best practices in the industry with respect to training delivery and customer experience People/ Learning &amp; Growth : - A team player, self-motivated, adaptable to change and constantly keeps himself/herself up to date with relevant industries. Competencies : Functional Competencies : - Experience of training delivery, content creation and management. - Strong creative thinking, ability to understand the business requirements and produce new ideas, concepts, and material that suit the needs. - Knowledge of the ADDIE methodology for content development. - Knowledge of the Kirk Patrick 4 levels of learning evaluation - Strong communication skills in the English Language. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in Training. - Willing to travel for long periods for training across India. Generic Competencies : - Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions. - Teamwork and collaboration - Result Orientation Academics and Experience : Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline. ISTD/equivalent certification preferred Work Experience : Minimum of 8 years of experience in training in a contact center or retail environment. Ecommerce experience highly preferred. - Should have delivered training on leadership development and contributed to organization development. - Experience in BEI Training, Design Thinking and other competency based soft skills training.
