Reporting Manager - Commercial Head - F&L B2B (Ajio Business)
Role Purpose - Drive business objectives with respect to top line and gross margins, Financial planning & MIS reporting
Key Responsibilities
Finance
- Ensure the Books of accounts are maintained and closed on time, represent fair and accurate financial position, vendor partners are paid on time, statutory accruals are booked and paid, transactions are recorded as per Law
- Preparation of annual budgets & monthly plans
- Prepare adhoc reports as required by the management
- Monitor the income and expenses versus budget, track the variances, recommend corrective actions and follow-up on remedial actions to ensure the adherence to the budget
- Controlling the MIS activities
- Performing analytical review of Monthly financial operations giving highlights
- Interpreting financial data for determining past financial performance & projecting the financial probability of companies and ensuring that the financial information is presented clearly, consistently and timely.
- Controlling the D&L expenses & Variance analysis
- Control & monitoring of marketing expenses
Customer
- Provide timely reports to the Management
- Interfacing with senior business leaders
- Competitors Analysis
- Investigating and understanding key business issues behind the numbers and providing clear, concise and timely analysis & recommendations.
- Provide details to auditors
Internal Business Process
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast process, providing strategic financial leadership to the business
- Circulation of Annual Budget followed with estimates as and when required
- Automation of MIS with the help of IT
- Keeping data in ready to use form
- Custody of Sales Data & State wise P&L data
- Ensure compliance - statutory authorities, filing of tax returns, etc.
