Airtel - Zonal Sales Manager (2-7 yrs)
Purpose of the job:
- To ensure achievement of targeted net revenue & customer additions in Zone for prepaid products through sales planning and channel expansion.
Deliverables:
- Achieve Net/Gross additions in Pre Paid segment
- Achieve Net/Gross additions in FWP segments
- Drive Channel Expansion & Market Development
- Achieve Tertiary recharge revenue target
- Implement Sales Management Process
- Ensure a high Channel Satisfaction score
- Ensure adequate quality of manpower at Channel Partners end
Must know to speak Malayalam (mandatory requirement)
