Purpose of the Job:  - To chart out the new product roadmap for Airtel Digital TV including hardware, middleware and applications .  - Develop new products pipeline, create hardware and software / middleware architecture which caters to current consumer needs and future proofing them as well.  - Overall responsibility of innovation roadmap for Airtel DTH wrt new products and features.  - Help product teams to translate ideas into new products / features  - To act as a bridge between Technical / IT teams and marketing to bring to life product features based on product ideas or consumer needs.   Deliverables:  - New product / feature pipeline which act as differentiators for brand Airtel.  - Conceptualize and drive complete architecture / future roadmap for Hardware (STBs), Middleware / EPG features, new products & interactive services.  - Be the DTH subject matter expert and be the product and technology champion in the marketing team.  - First to market with new consumer friendly innovative products & services  Educational Level:  - Bachelor Degree in Engineering  - MBA - Marketing or PGDBM in Marketing from reputed B-School  Working Experience:  - At least 6-10 years of work experience preferable from technology companies engaged in the DTH ecosystem like CISCO (NDS), Braodcom, ST microsystems, Iredeto, Nagra , Technicolour, Wyplay, Tata Elxi
