Purpose of the Job  - Solutions Marketing is responsible for identifying and executing defined solution marketing strategies for the company and its business lines. Increase productivity of sales teams through the development and delivery of marketing messages for our solutions and programs that will support the solutions selling approach across all business lines.  - She/he is also responsible to plan actions and roll out initiatives for creating market visibility, brand pull and drive higher retail effectiveness through multiple platforms.  Deliverables:  1. Responsible for developing and executing outbound marketing strategies and messages across various products and solutions  2. Maximizing the growth, development and return on investment of the organizations product portfolio today and in the future. Oversees development of customer insights and business/market intelligence development, syndicated data, sales analysis and corresponding presentations so as to identify and capitalize on the most advantageous business opportunities.  3. Working with COO, define and set in place business value and solutions based messaging.  4. Working with COO and Marketing Communications to develop and execute communication and product launch plans.  5. Conceptualize Execute and Manage Social Media Marketing initiatives, CPC campaigns, E-mail Marketing, Online Deals amp Promotions, Coupons and Viral Marketing.  6. Identification of cross -selling opportunities that fully utilize the breadth of Organization s product and service offerings across all businesses  7. Develop and implement all marketing department standards, policies and procedures.   Educational Level   MBA (Marketing)   Working Experience  10+ years, in brand marketing in media, movie, advertising agency, Internet or payments banking  Having managed Agencies (Creative/PR/Media/BTL/Digital/Research)   Should have handled big ATL budgets in past
