The candidate will be responsible for the below :   - To lead Solution Planning for WiFi & IoT projects through Market Planning, Business case development and evaluation - in existing cities and upcoming Smart cities   - Operationalise the approved solutions with various stakeholders like Networks, Technology & Services and manage multiple cross functional teams across various sites & Locations   - Strategise the Product implementation with vision on Overall business development, mitigate risks, optimize cost and get project deliverables are completed on time and within budget   - Driving New products along with Business unit - Conceptualisation to implementation and progressive growth   - Partner & Vendor engagement for New Solution development and Implementation - Technology and Product evaluations, RFP and ATP preparation, documentation   - Tracking Program deliverables & milestones for successful roll out - within time, resource & Budgets   - Defining Operational processes - Service provisioning guidelines and SoPs   - Governance & Reporting on Capacity forecast & utilization tracking, Ordering and build up - Effective relationship improvement with all stakeholders   Must Haves :   - Candidate should be a BE/ B. Tech/ MCA/ MBA with 10+ Years of experience in Telecom grade - Product and Service Solutioning with at least 3-4 years to be in medium to large size Wi-Fi Hotspot installation and Smart City projects and in customer facing roles.   - Should have proven project management success in large Scale Network Planning / Upgrade and customer service programs in the telecom & IT industry
