Purpose of the Job :  - Coordination with Business/ Network team,  - Develop Design architects, general contractors, developers, civil & structural consultants.  - Manage PMC and Contractors for new MSC, office and retrofit projects.  - Structural review of existing buildings and retrofit project planning as per requirement.  - Tender inquiry with vendor and negotiation the quote and bench-marking the prices mark to market and optimize on YOY basis.  - Successfully delivered per-qualifications, Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs) for project  - Evaluating and preparing the BOQ, tenders bids for the civil and interior  - Project planning & scheduling as per business requirement.  - Execution & delivery as per cost and timelines.   - Cost management & Value engineering to reduce time and cost.  - Team handling & control of vendors at various locations.  - Budget management as project.  - Contract Administration & Operations  - Site & Construction Management/Resource Planning  - Regular progress reports with management and all stake holders  - Compliance to govt. building norms and statuary guidelines.  - Work on green initiatives and LEAD practices for new design built  Key Deliverables :  - Site (Land / Building) finalization & procurement for new MSC & Office on PAN INDIA basis.  - Work with Network team and business team to find most suitable location MSC and Office checklist and at right price.  - New MSC construction projects started to be handed over to Network team for infra works within agree timelines and cost estimate  - Design and structural evaluation of existing buildings. Project plan Initiate retrofit projects completed on NFA schedule but without any business impact.  - Regular formal update of 'in execution' projects with status and images to be circulated to stakeholders every month.  - Design and build for existing office (retrofit) and for new office as per committed timelines.  - Optimization of new offices & existing offices.  - New interior projects to be completed within initial approved schedule and closed out within 4 -6 weeks of Go Live date.  - Regular formal update of project status with images to be circulated to the stakeholders.  - Saving on approved capex of each Project.  - RE Capex costs are controlled within allotted AOP budget.  - Roll out Design & Construction Manual for new Constructions.  - Develop team and right selection of partners for various projects.  Working Experience :  - 10 to 15 years of Experience dealing with Projects for IT / ITeS / Large Companies, Construction of Building.   - Candidate must have a proven track record of managing large Fit-out & construction projects  - Min 5 years of experience on driving projects independently.  - Knowledge of MEP.  Qualification :  - B.TECH (CIVIL),  - MS / M.TECH (Structural) preferred.  - With PGDCM / PMP / Project Management  - AutoCAD (must)
