Airtel - Key Account Manager - Global Business (4-8 yrs)

JOB DESCRIPTION

To develop and implement sales strategy and business plans required to deliver on all parameters of Global Business to serve the targeted market segment in Africa region.

Responsible for achieving revenue and order booking targets for the region and developing strong relationships with the customers at various levels (CEO, CFO, CIO and Business Unit Leaders).

Responsible for understanding & anticipating customer requirement, mapping competition and positioning Global Business as the preferred service provider for the account.

DELIVERABLE :

1. Revenue realization & enhancement, New Order Booking and Driving Revenue through penetration of various data products

- Achieve increased RMS across all product lines offered by GB in all customer segments of the targeted countries.

2.Developing strategies to penetrate new markets and widen customer base by identifying and leading alliances

- Lead all discussions for partnerships for the expansion and also handle the regulatory and compliance aspects of the business in targeted countries.

3.New Product and Business Development to maximize business

- Looking at new areas of business to collaborate and swap assets with other telcos to build new business areas.

4.Revenue Planning and Assurance through customer retention and effective sales strategy implementation.

5.Customer Delight and Retention

- Managing end to end Sales Cycle from Lead generation to order closure, timely delivery and collection.

- Introducing a very efficient and effective Service Account Management system.

6.Process Compliance and Quality Adherence

- Take end-to-end responsibility for the targeted accounts including pre-sales, Business Development, Collection and focus on Marketing initiatives.

- Own the overall health of the accounts in terms of Zero bad debts, collections & a healthy bilateral payment trend.

7.Building Organization focus & building sustaining partnerships

- Plan, region & country specific marketing plans for better connect & display in-depth relationship with the region.
