Purpose of the Job :   The role would partner with the NOC leaders to ensure all HR support is provided to enable effective functioning of the NOC operations, come, partner in building class leading people practices at NOC.  The position will be responsible for all HR practices - talent management, engagement, learning and development, performance management and HR analytics for the organization. Partner in making NOC transformation a reality.   Deliverable :  1) Partner with the business to maintain optimal structures in the given LOB   2) Drive Talent management of all resources in the NOC verticals including TNL, SNG Group  3) Drive performance management of all critical role holders centrally   4) Drive Learning & Development agenda for the NOC verticals   5) Responsible for HR analytics eg attrition, headcount, engagement expense etc and ensure availability of right information on HR system at all times. Maintain HR costs and headcount within AOP  6) Lead the HR agenda from Design to delivery for 800+ employees across NOC, work closely with functional heads  7) Individual Contributor role with support from SMEs for Shared Services, P&R, TMD and TA   Major Challenges :  8) Partnering with vertical heads/functional leaders and at the same time partnering with all HR teams across center to drive the agreed Talent agenda  9) Leverage HR SME teams for driving the Talent agenda in given LOBs  Educational Level   Must have : MBA in HR (preferably from top tier institutes)   Working Experience  Must have : 2-3 Years of Experience
