Purpose of the Job :   The prime purpose of this job is to increase width and depth of distribution for financial services, which would translate into higher acquisitions and revenues and increase channel satisfaction levels. At the same time, you would develop excellence in distribution through effective market planning and gaining market share by ensuring the product availability within the consumer reach.  Deliverables :  - You would be responsible for setting up a structured channel partner (both own and alternate channels) entry into the system with a system of evaluation and review  - You will monitor and review the channel partner performance, viability and profitability by measuring the gross additions, recharge revenue etc for the area and recommend ways of improving channel partner performance.  - Responsible for laying down norms for distribution towards delivering competitive business advantage and ensuring maximum coverage and product penetration in urban and rural areas within the region.  - You would ensure that the distribution budget is utilized expeditiously as per the guidelines and work towards bringing maximum cost efficiency.  - Identify and recommend distribution strategies for better competitive positioning to drive the growth of business to the leadership position.  Key challenges will be around :  - Finding channel partners who are efficient and can enhance revenues  - Constantly tracking the performance of the channel partners   - Identifying ways of maximizing product coverage.   - Laying down distributor reporting system to collect data from field through automation from scratch.  Demonstrate :  - Relationship Management - Interpersonal Interaction   - Ability to Work & Deliver under Pressure  - Ability to Multi Task & Deliver Stretch Targets   - Performance and Result Orientation  - Good analytical skills  - Strong Influencing Skills   Company Profile :   Telecom giant Bharti Airtel is the flagship company of Bharti Enterprises.
